Friday Night Youth Cafe
Recent funding from the VRU of the Police Crime Commissioner has allowed us to carry on the valuable work and training that occurs from our youth cafe. The cafe provides an opportunity for young people age 13+ to come together and socialise in a safe place with youth worker support all while cooking food for each other. Young people decide what they might like to taste and we endeavour to help them. From chili to chow mein and burgers to bangers we can find something to keep hungry mouths fed!
We would love support from the community if you feel you could give some time to speak to young people and engage them in the community, or if you have a talent say cooking or other things to share or even some treasure in the form of money, equipment or opportunities then that would be great.
