We open our doors to young carers and invite them for breakfast and a time of craft and/or chat
AYP are forming a new relationship with “Carers Northumberland” as we look to help provide some support and free time for children and young people who are carers for an individual or individuals in their households or families.
This session is specially designed to give young carers their own time to meet together and also to get to know us a little more and other activities that wil be happening through the summer.
